We do not handle visa processing. It is the responsibility of the traveler to obtain the necessary visas for their trip. We can provide information on the visa requirements and process, and recommend reliable visa processing agencies if needed.

Our company does not provide refunds for services on general grounds, but we may exercise discretionary powers on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances. Refunds may be granted if the same service is purchased multiple times or if there are exceptional situations. If the company decides to grant a refund, it will be processed within 24-48 hours from our end, and third-party payment gateways may take 3-5 days to remit the same into the customer's account. If a customer wants to alter the type of service availed, the company may adjust the amount with the existing payment. We reserve the right to make the final decision on refunds. If a purchased itinerary PDF becomes corrupted or needs replacement, the customer can download it again from the order notification email using their Order ID. In such cases, the company may decide whether to provide a new itinerary or not.
