The Company is dedicated to safeguarding user privacy and ensuring the uninterrupted use of the Platform, and the term "Company" encompasses its legal heirs, representatives, administrators, permitted successors, and assigns.

DEFINITION 

For the purpose of these Terms of Use (“Terms”), wherever the context so requires,

  • "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to the Platform and/or the Company, depending on the context.
  • "User" refers to natural and legal individuals who use the Website and are of sound mind and competent to make informed decisions.
